I'm not good with words at all. I want to tell him how much I love him besides just saying "I love you" because I feel he deserves more than that.

Cook him dinner. Buy him beer. Take off your shirt. Trust me, he'll go nuts. I know its not the answer you're looking for, but there are certain facts about every man. We love food, beer and sex. Men aren't difficult to please. We're difficult to train.
If that doesn't deliver the message for you, try taking him to a concert with his favorite band or going to a game with him. If he likes video games, learn to play his favorite game.
Sacrifice is just as important as communication. For example, if he goes into the store and buys you tampons, give him a guys night out. If you really want to show him your love, buy enough tampons.

You could tell him you love him in so many creative ways.. You can write him in a card.. Or you can cook him dinner one night and hook it up with some candles.. You can give him a massage.. You can tell him how wonderful he is.. The way you tell him is the way you just asked your question.. Tell him, "Look babe, I know I am not good with words, but I want to tell you that I truely adore you.." See not too hard.. Hit me up on here and I'll give you some pointers..

awww...well he already knows you love him since he is your fiance. Maybe you can make him a photo album with all your pics and at the end show a computer generated pic of you two old together. Good luck!

There are hundreds of ways you can tell him. You could make him a romantic dinner; go out of your way to make his day perfect, you know what he likes - ;) - make little notes for him, or maybe take him on the perfect date wearing his favorite outfit. - these are just a few random things to get your brain working. Hello galfren...This is just my suggestion..If you are not really good with words..Paint a picture of your love towards him...Show it to him..tell him how it describes your feelings towards him..Besides that,probably you show show more care and concern towards him..Surprise him with little but thoughtful gifts?Plannes surprise candlelight dinner for him(which YOU cook)?

your fiance is so lucky for he has a you. you no need to say "i love you" if you are really love him so give him more and much more give a love. he's understand without saying and he say my fiance is my lovely angel in the world. and you need to say him so say" my love you are my heart beat, you are my life, you give me a smile, you are my world ohh my dear simple i say i love you".

wear lingerie, cook him dinner, give or buy him a massage, tell him, buy him or make him a card, be creative I know it can be hard sometimes, especially if u have been 2gether for a long time, but just be creative, and have fun.

Try doing little things that are meaningful , or slip him a little note telling him that you live him...give him a call just to "tell him how special" he is etc...
