I'm not sure what you mean by childish. You can download demos of pretty much every PC game there is.

Gambling sites, where you don't play for real money, are also popular.

I play on pogo.com everynight I love it!! Some of my favs, are rainy day spider solitare, pop-it and word whomp, they are good for the brain too, but there are all sorts of different games here.
