Ancient Drachma currency unit were used by the Greeks, not Romans. Roman currrency units were the sestertius, denarius, etc. Ancient Drachma were calculated as below:
8 chalkoi = 1 obol
6 obols = 1 drachma
100 drachmae = 1 mina
60 minae = 1 Athenian talent

Using simple maths:
1 mina = 100 drachmae
60 minae = 60 x 100 drachmae = 6000 drachmae
1 talent = 60 minae
Therefore, 250 talents of Athenian standards = 250 x 6000 = 1.5 million drachmae.
