Outlook is not an internet provider or email provider. Who do you have the email account with? If you have Time Warner or such they often have a website you can get your email from. But if you use outlook you will be downloading your emails to whatever computer you are on. if you are not on your computer then someone else will have access to your emails.

It's not an Outlook email address, you need to know what the email address is i.e. jill.smith@ntl.com and when you want to read them login to the remote server www.ntl.com, but you won't see your mail in Outlook rather the provider software.
If you want to see it in Outlook you will need to set up POP mail on each computer. Outlook is an application and not an email provider.

if you wanted to read outlook on different pcs you need to set the account up on it to be yours and then delete the whole lot after reading so other users dont get your details.
If the provider has web mail you could use that thew only thing i can think of you doing is letting the emillers know your yahoo address ,or look on the home page of your internet provider to see if thet can let you log in or ring them ,but it soundsl ike you have already tried that.
Another way would be anyone you can trust to access your outlook and forward the mails to yahoo for you.

With Yahoo, you can read your email on Yahoo's website, once you've logged in. This is known as Webmail.
You can also download your mail to your PC, using Outlook Express, which is a program on your PC.
Once you've downloaded your mail to your PC, the message is deleted from Yahoo's mail server.
Some webmail providers,(like googlemail
https://www.google.com/accounts/ManageAccount ) , allow you to retain a copy of your mail on the sever after you've downloaded it.
This is particularly useful if you're away from home, and want to look up an old mail.

Most of the Outlook Express error messages are due to problems with the internet connection, not the software on your computer.

Outlook is a software that you have on your computer's memory. It is not accessible as an internet based application.
If you want to use outlook abroad you will need to take your personal computer with you.
