Children's Church? It depends on what age the children are.

I remember spending a few weeks on Noah's story. That's a big favorite. Do some crafts, reveal the story to them little by little, maybe even do a skit!

If it's close to Christmas do the story of Christ.

Moses is another fun one. :) Children love that one. Skits, projects, storytime, maybe even have a few older teens do a little production.

Try to make stuff more hands on for the really small ones. They learn better and remember better that way.

for me...let children take part in church curriculum is a good idea because church is a good place for children to learn new things and know some friends. Besides that, children can know more things about Jesus.
