I'm not sure if you mean women in general or women with children. They are both assets. It's a choice. People who don't classify 'stay at home mom's' as working Mom's, have never been home with kids. It's a huge job and one that doesn't seem to get much respect. Some would rather have two incomes so they can buy all the "things" they want, as the poster above me said. Others feel that they can do without "things" for a while and stay home with their kids and raise them themselves instead of putting them in someone elses care. Either way, depending how you look at it, both are assets. I think that the "things" can wait personally. "Things" will always be there, but your kids will grow up, and way too fast.

There are many wonderful jobs that a woman can have, from nurse to clerk - and they are indispensable in their roles as doctors and police officers|

Many men find a woman boss hard to take - but live with it fellows - as long as she doesn't abuse her position to play the tyrant - if that is the case, get out of there fast|


Women were created to nurture life - and she will not be fulfilled unless she does|

But this does not necessarily mean taking the role of homemaker - but this is done in any job where she constructively and selflessly promotes what is good, without seeing all her interactions with others as nothing but power plays (as so many feminists do)|
