The hymen is a membrane in the vagina that can be ruptured during sports or other trauma as well as sex, if a hymen is intact then it has been a marker that the vagina has never been penetrated by a (boy). But as I pointed out even if the hymen (cherry) was no longer intact that doesn't necessarily mean it happened during sex. Girls can even use tampons without breaking her hymen. So only if the girl had a sexual experience with another person, she would no longer be a virgin. The hymen has nothing to do with it.
