he in fact does not exist? If so, what evidence would convince you? Or is there nothing that you could possibly imagine that could make you stop believing?

Well..........
Nature and the universe have convinced me that a higher power exists.
Why?
I am an evolutionist/creationist
Think of this....you take a jet plane....a 747 and chop it in to pieces so small that you can only see the pieces under a microscope. Then you put those pie ices in a big wind tunnel used by NASA to test air craft and space craft. Then you blow those pieces of the plane around for a hundred years, or ten billion years........How long would it take to open the door and see anything that resembles anything, let alone a 747???
Then consider the variety of animals, plants, etc and explalin how it all just evolved? That is the bigger question.......How can you disprove that there is a higher power? You really think that all of this around us is chance?

The more humans know about science the more convincing that there must be a higher power. The balance of the universe is walking such a fine line that if the carbon was off a minuet percent the earth would blow up.

Let go of religion dogma. It will just mess you up. Nothing wrong with religion, but it is wrong when it is human centered and lacks the true worship of the creator.

There is a piece of our heart and soul that needs to be fed by the spiritual God.

The fact that you even ask this question means you search for that God center of yourself.

Proving a negative is very difficult. It is also very difficult to change someones fundamental beliefs.

I do not believe in a god or any supernatural or occult force. I have listened to all the arguments and studied all the evidence and it don't add up.

For a questioning believer, the reverse would be true. Having studied all the evidence they will still believe.

Take the creationists view, this is so preposterous as to be insane but 30 > 40% of Americans believe it.

To change belief there usually needs to something that clicks in your life.most arguments usually just reinforce.

Yes, I believe in God. He is my Maker and my Life.
If you believe in love and can't see it, but you can feel it, God is the same way. BUT you can see GOD. He is in every childs smile and every breath you take.
There is nothing in this world that could convince me that He does not exist. If He did not exist, then I would not either, for I am made in His image. So are you.
NOTHING could make me stop believing.

Put it this way, I would rather believe in God and find out there is nothing after death than to not believe in Him then find out that there is a real God and be sent to Hell for eternity.

GOD BLESS YOU !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I believe that there is an intelligent power on a level we as humans cannot really comprehend. Most people call this God. It's best to just not think too much about whether or not it is real because there is NO WAY that either side could really prove their point.

I jest read your answers to the question. That's proof enough for me that their is some force the created the mind. The cognitive brain covers the animal brain. Heaven and Hell is what I have problems with. I believe man is in a embronic state, reincarnation is the only thing that is logical.

There is no need to prove the NON-EXISTENCE.

The Burden of evidence rests solely on the one's making the claim.

Can't dissprove God? Try disproving the boogie man.

God and the boogie man have the same mathematical probability of existing. I can't favor either one of them in this light.

It really all just roots back into what I believe in and what I was raised to believe in. In reality if you were born Catholic and raised Catholic, you tend to stay Catholic. It's the same with all religions. Yea we can say all this stuff about the Bible but seriously no one really knows if it was just a bunch of written short stories about a man named Jesus or if it is the holy and sacred book of God. So it all depends on what you believe in.

Nothing will ever stop me from believing in God. I went to a religious school and I grew up with my religion. I was taught it like most kids are taught how to add and how to read and write. To me it is fact. My faith has been tested, but nothing, I repeat, nothing will ever stop me.
