As far as fast food goes, it one of the better choices. try ordering something on their "secret" menu:
3-by-3" = three meat patties and three slices of cheese.
"4-by-4" = four meat patties and four slices of cheese.
"2-by-4" = two meat patties and four slices of cheese.
"Double Meat" = like a Double Double without cheese.
"3 by Meat" = three meat patties and no cheese.
"Animal Style" = the meat is cooked and fried with mustard and then pickles are added, extra spread and grilled onions are added.
"Animal Style Fries" = fries with cheese, spread, grilled onions and pickles (if you ask for them).
"Protein Style" = for all you low-carbohydrate dieters, this is a burger with no bun (wrapped in lettuce).
"Flying Dutchman" = two meat patties, two slices of melted cheese and nothing else - not even a bun!
Fries "Well-Done" = extra crispy fries . . . even better than the regular!
Fries "Light" = opposite of fries well-done, more raw than most people like 'em
"Grilled Cheese" = no meat, just melted cheese, tomato, lettuce and spread on a bun.
"Veggie Burger" = burger without the patty or cheese.
"Neapolitan" Shake = strawberry, vanilla and chocolate blended together.

McDonalds, Burger King, and Wendy's are crap. Sonic is pretty good, because they use better ingredients and don't just have massive food assembly lines. In-N-Out is the best for a fast food outlet. Still they aren't as good as specialty burger places (like Hodads or Rocky's Crown Pub in San Diego).

Best of the chains. I quit beef a long time ago, but still go back for their fries. THeir fries are not as predictable. SOmetime they're great and some times they're just good. I crave their burgers everyonce in a while though.

I ate at the 1st. one ever for years. It was great. In the last few years they have branched and were still great. Finally they opened one here where I now live. It is awful !!!! Thin, thin, meat patty. frozen fries. You might as well be at McDonalds. I along with a lot of other people were so disappointed.. I e-mailed comments to the headquarters (not hateful), but never heard from them . I don't know it this is a franchise or company owned, but their standards have bottomed out.

If your going to eat fast food, Inn n Out is the best. The very best BUT eat it there, don't take it to go, it just isn't the same. Get served there go to a table if you can find one and man you think you died and went to heaven. (former Californian)

That is my very favorite. They always have a long line so I know I'm not alone. One problem is that there aren't any near me.
