dude that's sad...you wanna fight to get back into your home. Why do that when your parents don't want you there? I suggest you see if you can stay with a friend until you graduate (if you are still in high school) and then apply for financial aid in college...talk to a financial aid officer at your school to find out how to declare your income and whatnot since you aren't relying on your parents help.
Life is hard dude and sometimes stuff like this hits you by surprise but you gotta roll with the punches. I suggest you not spend so much time trying to figure out how to move back home and instead decide on the next step in your life.

I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but there is nothing he can do at 18 to force someone to allow him to live with them.
If negotiating with them to take him back absolutely won't work, then he should start seeking student financial aid.
It varies from place to place but he should be able to qualify for something. Have him start asking counselors at college and even friends if they know of any programmes which would help him.

If he is in the US, sadly there is not much he can do. At 18 he can be sent packing on his own. He is dependant upon the benevolence of his guardians, of which I assume there is none.

At the age of 18 you are a legal adult. Sorry you are on your own. Your parents are only required to furnish you with your necessities until your are an adult. Unless they are divorced and one of them are paying child support. Then the one paying child support must pay until you are 24 as long as you are going to college.

you are responsible for yourself-legally. there is no dependency status for an adult who chooses not to make an effort to support himself.
