Yes, there is a way. For this u you have to use connector with multi outlets. I have also got speakers and headphone connected to my PC all together.

On my Speaker Out I put a Splitter, radio shack $5.95, it is a 16ohm Y one end goes Speaker Out, then it Ys, or splits, two more Ys and I have it running through my Home Stereo on Aux Channel and use the headphones as I please. It also ROCKS!

You should be able to run it into a mixing board that has a sound output. Then hook the sound output into your computer. You won't be able to mix them in the computer, but you can mix them before they go in as one sound into the computer.
