According to me after BCA you should do MBA and MCA both choosing one doing as coreespondance, b'coz in MCA all the stuff is same as in BCA. After BCA+MCA+MBA no one can stop you from earning less than 40,000 per month but choose a good college. Personally better do your MBA(regular) and MCA(correspondance).

After BCA u r adviced to go with a post graduation in computers means to do MCA.It will b an added advantage to ur degree course. In job searching u will have benefit 'coz of ur computers background. & it is also a growing industry.
