Most disposable are good because of less air. But i like the ones with ortho silicone nipples. They last longer and a smaller baby can clamp better.

I don't know about you, but my little girl had gas really bad and just your plain old run of the mill bottles didn't cut it. I put her on the Playtex nurser. my doctor said they were good, he also recommended the Dr. browns bottles. I used those too, but eventually I just went back to the disposable liners. I think she took them better, and there just easier to wash. Your not having to deal with washing all those little attachments. With the Playtex you just wash the nipple and put in a liner, also, If you use the Playtex nurser get the plain old disposable liners, don't get the stand up ones, they leak around the ring and they cost more.

I would recommend the disposable nursers. The baby gets less air when feeding so she/he will have less gas. They are much more hygenic and sterile- less worry about bacteria! Also, they are so easy to use and dispose of.
They may cost a little more but they are so worth it!

I would recommend the reusable. My children could not latch onto the disposable. The nipples seemed too big. Also they make the Evenflo bottles that are reusable that have holes in the bottom that reduce air bubbles so they make less gas too.

I found glass reusable bottles and ran them through the dishwasher after each feeding... MUCH cheaper than plastic bottles that need replacing... sturdier, too! The reuseables are always less expensive than the disposables... You just have to make sure you wash them carefully after each use. Don't let formula sit around getting warm, then try to feed your little one with it again... best to toss a bit of formula than chance giving them formula that is a bit "off."
