assuming that u are losing confidence even after studying 4 ur exams, why not take a break?? u have read all that u need to know bout ur subjects.. and now u need to relax and let ur brain consolidate all that stuff so that it remains there, and can be accessed, atleast till ur exams.
wouldnt recommend u taking medication for sleep.

Always eat more vegetables in the night well cooked with onions and garlic, consume atleast 500 gms of curd every day and if possible take some sour curd rice in the night. Drink at least 4 litres of water every day and do brisk walking for atleast half an hour. You should be able to have sound sleep.

dont worry , if you are sure enough that you read every thing, why dont you try writting some tuff answers , keep your self a private test, try to finish that in a prescribed time! try this for three or four times, then you will get confidence that you can attend the questions, ask your parents to prepare questions for you, so that you dont know what questions they select, once you are used to write answers for that, you get relaxed, and will be less tensed during examination!

you need to clear your stressed out mind, you might have to resort to some sleeping pills like ambiem, not the over the counter ones they make you to drowssy in the morning.
