Cartman, is very crazy and may one day make Bart eat Homer.
How many people has Bart hit? Would he hit Cartman? No..Would Cartman make a horrific plot to get back at Bart that may include the death and torture of his family? Very likely...

Bart, in a Hallowen special / Treehouse of Horror episode, since all bets are off in a Hallowen special episode.
Remember that Bart and Lisa once shoot mutants with shotguns in the "Homega Man", I don't think Maggie participated too, but she is no stranger in using a gun.
If you want a more demonic opposition for Cartman, go with Maggie.

Cartman. Like he pointed out to Bart in an episode of South Park.. he once ground up a kids parents and fed them to him in another episode.. I don't think Bart could top that.

Bart would mess Cartman up, he is the all time *** kicker, although Cartmen can be a little terd sometimes too, but I gotta give it Bart, he is the oldest!

Cartman.
Bart may have a slingshot and skateboard but Cartman can sumo wrestle, he's killed people (like in the scott tenorman episode), and when he was acting as a cop he beat the crap out of everyone with his nightstick.

cartman he has no shame or self control he killed a guys parent and make him eat it come on you have to be afraid of that
