on my vaginal lip there is a hard bump...what could it be?

i noticed it about 2-3 days ago and it has now grown to about the size of 3 pencil erasers.... and is swallon around it and is sore..i am now starting to get pain going up my bladder area...

It's possible that this could be a pimple but pls consult your gyn or a primary care physician if you don't have a gyn.
