Also started spotting 3 days ago and still no red flow, is it okay to count day 1 of spotting as beginning of cycle?

yes, Ive done alot of reading on the entire conception idea in the past few weeks and everything Ive read says to count the first sign of blood as Day 1 of your cycle.
An LH surge means you are going to ovulate within the next day or so, so hurry up and get busy!

The lh surge means you will ovulate in the next 24-36 hours. Spotting can also be an implantation bleed. Could you be pregnant already? It's worth doing a hpt. Good luck!

When there is a surge of LH it means you are going to ovulate in 24-48 hrs..as for the spotting I was always told to count the first day you start bleeding (not spotting) as day one ...Good Luck!
