on the 13 i say i have conceved. about the fourth day my stomach started cramping on the left side. my breast was sore only a little bit. if i am preggo, how long does it takes to start lactating?

Might of been an ovulation pain.
Breasts can be tender at this time.

Or could be signs of upcoming cycle beginning.

I started "leaking" colostrum at around 18/20weeks with all of mine. And my milk came through 2/4 days after birth.

Milk production does not start until the end of the 2nd or beginning of the 3rd trimester. Women (According to my OB/GYN) can have a clear discharge in early pregnancy.

AFTER baby is born. Two (if you're lucky) to five days.
