p^9 / p = p^8

q^5 /q^2 = q^3

Answer: 5 p^8 q^3

I think to simplify it, you just take one part at a time. 50 over 10 can be simplified into 5 over 1. p^9 over p can be simplified into p^8 over 1. q^5 over q^2 can be simplified into q^3 over 1. So you've got 5p^8q^3/1*1*1 or 5p^8q^3

I think that's right, anyway...
