Each country has its own rules and regulations about doctors qualified from within the country or from another country and wanting to practise in the country, because medicine is such a subject that certain controls are necessary before allowing people to be treated by doctors.
Some degrees obtained abroad are not recognized and even if some are recognized, there could be a need to pass a qualifying exam in the country where you want to practise after qualifying abroad.
Thus it is difficult to say whether you would be allowed to practice in India with a foreign medical degree. You have to check with the local Medical Regulatory Board or the Govt. Maybe you can get assistance from the nearest Indian Embassy in this regard and ask them for addresses of the Medical Regulatory Board/Govt. authority which deals with the subject.

You can practice in India after Medical Degree from Abroad. But you should have registration number. Without registration number you will be illegal doctor.
As per Medical Council of India you have to go screening test.
Because,,,,,,
An Indian citizen possessing a primary medical qualification awarded by any medical institution outside India who is desirous of getting provisional or permanent registration with the Medical Council of India or any State Medical Council on or after 15.03.2002 shall have to qualify a screening test conducted by the prescribed authority for that purpose as per the provisions of section 13 of the Act:

Provided that a person seeking permanent registration shall not have to qualify the screening test if he/she had already qualified the same before getting his/her provisional registration.
