I think confused has the right idea, maybe throw in a few drinks to help relax you, if you're turned on a lot that helps too, maybe start by purchasing a small buttplug or set of balls and work your way up to a dildo/vibrator, I'd rather do that then get a painful surprise from my partner, get yourself more used to something being in there first before allowing human penetration lol. Well not being gay and never having done that before,my best guess would be to use a lube or a gel.Then take a deep breath and enjoy the ride.Yeee Haaa!

Hell, as a woman I can answer that too! Lube is key! You'll want slippage back there, otherwise Ow! And make sure its nice and slow at first. Breath and do your best to relax. Once its in there work it out some (slowly) eventually you'll really relax and enjoy yourself and then you'll pick up speed!

use some crisco and lube it really well and start by using a spoon to scoop out all the poop. and then go from there.
