Recently my computer starts to have all kinds of problems. I was able to get into Internet Explorer a couple time and then I'll receive the following message and I couldn't get in any more.

"Insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service."

Things start to froze up and sometime it'll do a restart. No matter if it was a automatic restart or I shut it down myself, it'll always have a couple "END Machine" windows pop up before it'll shut down. What is happenning to my machine?

Please help!

You could try the System Restore which takes you back to a time when your computer was working good. Go To:
start
programs
accessories
systems tools
system restore
This process is completely reversable. And does not remove your personal files. Just go back one checkpoint at a time until your puter is working good again.

This usually low on memory and virtual memory. You been installing many programs that are in the msconfig start-up. First get it up and go into control panel and find Internet options and open, in general click , Delete Files and if a box open check to delete off-line content.
Then go to Start > Run and type msconfig. Advanced tab and unchecked programs you not use. Many start well even when unchecked.
Also, before anything you can press Ctrl + Alt + Delete and if you need to scroll to see everything running, you have too much running, which mean, goto msconfig.

it does sound as though you are running out of room on your comp. in order for it to run smoothly, you need to have at least 30% of your total RAM free. try to defragment your computer, also try a disk cleanup. it tends to take care of some of the issues you are having. if that doesn't work, you could also try installing some more RAM, which is available at a computer store, or a store like Best Buy or Circuit City. I hope this helps.

nicely, there are 2 attainable motives. a million. Your workstation is in pressing % of a few housework. Defragment the puzzling disk, get rid of each and every of the documents you do not %, and permit homestead windows to do a disk cleanup, the place it removes each and every of the stuff it not desires yet continues to be putting approximately getting in the way 2. Your Hardware is previous for modern-day workstation use. present day computing requries a definite point of hardware, and so your workstation will run slowly if it quite is not met. think of roughly upgrading your RAM (much less high priced) and processor (not so much less high priced).

sounds like you have spyware/adware problems.

if you can get online, go to antivirus.com and use the online scan feature.

if you can't, reboot your computer, when your computer is completely blank - right before the windows logo comes up and the little bar at the bottom comes up, press F8. if you press it on time, you will get an option to boot several ways. boot in safe mode with network option. then log in as administrator and go to the website (antivirus.com) and use the online scan feature.

use the spyware and virus scan option.

good luck

You may be coming to a shortage of your system's RAM.

Try uninstalling some programs of no use to you hoping it'll cut down on some processes that are running.

Have you tried starting in safe mode? Then run anti virus and anti spyware tools if you think it might be that type of problem? Maybe the ramm is failing? Post more details if you can.

Sometimes when I close out of something, it freezes and says "This Program is not Responding" and It gives you the option to "End Now" or "Cancel"

I keep choosing "End Now" until it disappears.

YOU NEED TO UPGRADE YOUR COMPUTER AND HOW MUCH RAM U GOT? IT SHOULD BE 512 MB AND HIGHER TO HANDLE MANY APPL AT ONCE. TRY TO FIGURE OUT YOUR SYSTEM AND THEN SEE WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE. ITHINK IT'S YOUR RAM, OR YOU COULD HAVE A OTHER THINGS ON IT THAT NEED AN UPGRADE.
