Send them a money order from the United States Postal Service.
It can be traced and it can be insured against fraud.

You can buy a money order at the Post Office and send your package registered mail, This means that your package can be tracked.

The company you are purchasing from is telling you that they will not send your item until they receive their money. But be leery to who you are dealing with and make sure you are ordering from a secure & valid site. If it sounds too good to be true it probably is!

I think it means they want your money and are not going to send you anything of value.

I saw a court case of people selling pictures of cell phones on E-bay, hoping people thought they were buying the phones, not the pictures of phones.
and they would send the photo pictures of phones to lucky bidder.

You need to get a pay pal account to try and protect yourself on the net.
I personally will not buy on the net unless I personally know the person.
Hope you didn't send the money order

they choose you to deposit the money into your account and then deliver them money by Western Union? it rather is the biggest rip-off going. many times seems the money orders are counterfeit. in case you write tests against money that has no longer cleared, confident the financial enterprise will carry you in charge.
