Where can i download DirectDraw software?

I need it to play NES roms with a NES emulator.

It's part of the DirectX package that comes with Windows. To update it, go to: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/directx/default.mspx

I can't imagine why you don't have it on your computer already, though, unless you're not running Windows.
