She thinks that some one stole her actual one and sent this to her...its a long story...but its kinda funny!

~Obviously this is not from the states, since it's missing a number and you misspelled "phone." I don't know how things work in your country, but it sounds suspicious to me.~

If she's wise she will check it out through the Department of Motor Vehicles (assuming she has a driver's license) and not go around telling people her social security number!
