What should we do when we are not able to earn accordingly our labour & devotion?

I want to say that many times we are unable to do anything when our seniors take the work from us in family & in any organisation only they sympathysise us & forget our devotion.

The options are,
1) Be serious and upgrade your knowledge.
2)Work hard intelligently,wisely and leave the rest to your boss(as said in Bhagavad Geetha).You are bound to be rewarded for your effort.
3)Look for opportunities to change your job for better salaries and perquisites.
4) Try for effective utilisation of spare time to earn some money
5) see whether your wife can go for some office work to earn money to augment the family income.
6) Reduce your expenditures,try to live with in your means.
7) make savings a habit.
8)Maintain good diet/exercise and life style habits,and be happy minded.
9) Educate yourself continuously for upgrading yourself tohigher positions.
10) BE USE FRIENDLY,and you will be liked by all.
11) Forget EGO and ANGER.
12) Take refugee under Lord of LOVE.

Do not give up. Ofcourse the situation you are facing is very much non enthusiastic. Work hard and think positively. Sooner you will find people realize your sincerity and devotion to work. If the situation continues for long, openly talk about it to the seniors. Usually things will change when you boldly face it. Still if they are deaf then start thinking an alternate where you will get a decent reward for your work. In the beginning you have to sacrifice your expertise comparing to those who are already there in a new environement. Good faith in yourself and God will help you to overcome all the difficulties.
