How can i remove the picture in my desktop, it actually covers half of my actual desktop wallpaper?

Go to desktop properties and change the desktop pic to something else and then back again to what you want.

Right click. Click on properties. Change any picture you want or go for NONE. The picture will be removed from Desktop

on the desktop right click choose properties and it'll bring up a bunch of options choose: desktop

then your free to change the image or have no image on your desktop
