I showed my boobs all day on Mardi Gras, but I didn't get any beads, just strange looks from the other parents at preschool....maybe because I live in Washington state?

It is not legal to show your chest at Mardi Gras, but that doesn't stop people, however most cops will just tell you to cover up. I've seen few women be arrested for showing their nockers to the Mardi Gras public eye.
