If you like it messy sure go right ahead,,,some men really like that,,but myself felt uncomfortable with that,,as was a big mess after and was embarrassed...so give it a try,,everyone is different.

I have a little different view that some people might have. From a medical standpoint, ( I am an RN), having sex during your period can cause a release of hormones that can actually help your uterus to relax and decrease painful periods. Some women report an increased ability to climax during this time because of the changing hormones at that specific time in their cycle. It can be a bit messy, and I would always warn your partner before hand so he doesn't think that he hurt you, but there isn't a medical reason to abstain during that time. Some people think it causes endometriosis, but there is simply no clinical evidence to back that up. I say, if it feels good and your partner agrees, go for it!

I really can't say if it's 'good' or 'bad'. Everyone is different. Some guys are totally disgusted by that and others are game. Same goes for females. It's quite messy, so make sure you protect whatever surface you do it on. Despite popular belief, you still need to use protection!!
I tried this once before I was flowing a lot and it wasn't bad at all. It actually relieved some cramps and back pain that I had.

There's nothing wrong with it. It certainly won't hurt you. As long as you both know what you are doing, you will be fine. Another words, be honest and as clean as possible. Don't give up a night of awesome sex just because of a little blood. That may sound gross, but hopefully we are all grown up here, right?!

Ughhhhhhh.....girl!!! That's nasty!! First of all when you're on your period that's when you need to keep your body extra clean!! And getting freaky while Aunt Flow is visiting isn't right!! Just wait those few days and you'll have plenty of time to get freaky!! Just Wait!! Plezzz!!!!

It's fine if both of you are comfortable with it.
Just wear a regular tampon to avoid any mess.
