Its not the idea that the water taste better,but that you feel better all the way down into your cells.
It couldn't hurt.
The power of positive messages to your self is a good thing.

Taste better? no. I think the idea is that you enjoy it more because you get your water and a positive thought/feeling at the same time, but I think it would work better if someone ELSE wrote "I love you" on my water bottle.

I still don't know how to write on water, normally it moves out of the way of the pressure. If I find out I will tell you.

hey this was on that mtv show. anyways. It probably makes people feel better because it closes their insecurity. If you were to kiss someone that wouldnt mean anything. But if that person told u, she/he loved you, or vice versa. Wouldnt the kiss be more enjoyable?
