I used Crest Night Effects because I hated the whitening strips. They burned my gums horribly. They're a hassle. But um, my teeth are still really white from using them 3 years ago.

i fouud that the crest white stips are really good if you use them as difected i had great results with that also i hear but im not sure use pure baking soda for brusing but you got to be careful cause it could be hard on your gums hope that helped
