Skype is the best but make sure you set the privacy settings to friends only.And the quality from pc to pc is better then th phone and if you pay the price and it is like 1 cent a min for pc to phone its great too..but free is me..lol

get a skype account and you can call for free if the person you are calling gets set up on skype, too. if not, still use skype and it's less than 1 us cent per minute to jamaica.
