If it is causing you problems then you probably have a problem. There are a couple of ways to train yourself to stop. One is through aversion therapy. Put a rubber band on your wrist, if you find yourself staring at a girl in a mini, snap the band. Or use sniffing salts for the same effect. Another way is to visualize the negative consequences for the action and keeping them in mind. You will also need a trusted person that you can discuss this with and can help you track progress and see what tends to set this behavior off. Second, until about 50 years ago, girls over the age of 15 were considered eligible for marriage, some areas the age was 12. So bearing that in mind, some of this is natural. Males tend to be more visually oriented regarding sexuality than females are. Something that most younger females just don't seem to get. So the basic question is who is calling you a pervert, and more importantly, why?

No...it means your hormones are going wild. Perfectly natural to stare at anything that attracts you.
But if it's reached a point where you're blantly eyeballing her non-stop...you should try some self control and divert your attention to something else. Try walkign the opposite direction or even take a portable game with you and pull it out whever you find yourself too immersed in a girl's (lack of) clothing.

I am not sure looking is an offense,unless you have a better half that might take offense......I don't think it is perverted..either...many women ,I did not say all, dress to attract others...if these women are wearing mini skirts than they are wanting to attack some attention...no, I don't mean they want to be pounced on...just noticed...nothing else......
anyway, just try not to gawk overly much.....

No you aren't a pervert. This just proves why girls need to cover up a little. They even will get mad sometimes if guys look at them when they are dressed inappropriately, so be sure to do it discreetly.
