It could be that you are spending too much time with your business. Could it be that your business owns you instead of you owning your business?

Your life has to be balanced so you can make time for other things that you would like to do. The thing that helps people is by making a 'to do list', but you have to keep this list on a daily basis. This will help you get the things done a lot faster, unless you are a procrastinator! Or, it could be that you just have your priorities all mixed up.

People don't have those things you mentioned, because they don't take the time out to do them.

Find a healthy balance between the two. Everyone needs personal time to refresh themselves. If your social scene has diminished then you must get back out there and get back in a new game. Good Luck !!

there's always something that you lose/give up when you focus on priorities. You need to realize one thing in life:

it's not how much money you make, its how you enjoy life along the way. I'd rather make $50k a year and travel, and have little stress than make $100k and have no life.

Start to look into your spiritual life. Believe me once you really understand your life's purpose in this world....nothing compares to it. If you put God 1st in your life, everything else will be manageable. Ever read "The Purpose Driven Life" by Rick Warren? Read it, it's very renovating.
