You are all wrong.....emo's are these huge flightless birds with really greasy looking feathers.....They are raised for their oil....which is know for it's healing properties and is sold in tattoo shops everywhere...... Unfortunately you have to cut the emo to get the oil out....so this maybe where all the confusion is coming from.

the "im-emo-because-its-cool" emos do often, not all emos cut though, but alot do because of mental/emostional problems.

Cutting is just their way of getting attention, but there are people who find it addicting, because they love pain.
I used to cut, I will admit it.
It's mentally addicting but nothing I couldnt get over.
I now think it's juvenile and a fad.
