the monitor is working when i connected with another computer ...is it from computer? or video card or...?

Let me help you... If your Monitor works on other computer but does not work on your computer, then that means your motherboard is defective... Please have your motherboard replaced... Video card ( GPU) has nothing to do with this dilemma

Replace your video adapter card. If it is a built in card, you can purchase a new one at any computer supply store, you need to know if the motherboard has a AGP port for the graphics card and if not you will have to get a PCI card and install into an available slot. you can find out the specs on your motherboard by going to http://majorgeeks.com/download181.html and downloading and running Aida32.exe.
