How could anyone say for sure that there is anything in space, planet or otherwise, that we don't know of? Such questions have been known to cause mild migraine headaches in semi-intelligent human beings. Do they cause migraine's in very intelligent human beings? Not knowing for sure would be speculation, much like this question calls for. We could assume, speculate and make educated guesses, but this is called "Answers" and none of the previous provided a definitive answer.

There are 8 planets in our solar system, and a number of dwarf planets. Beyond the orbit of Neptune, there is the Oort cloud and a number of objects, which still are unknown to us. This is because of the distance to the Oort Cloud.
If you are talking about planets outside our solar system, there are probably millions of them. There are a number of extra-solar planets that have been found, and more are being found every day.

If you mean planets outside of our solar system, the answer is yes. Over 100 extra-solar planets have been discovered.
If you mean in our solar system, the answer is yes again. Beyond the orbit of Pluto, there are very likely thousands or millions of undiscovered planets of all sizes. They are too dim and far away for us to see.

Forget the other guy who answered "only two" planets. There are hundreds, maybe thousands, and possible millions of other planets out there.
