Mainly, India is Hindu's country. In our India's there are so many caste of hindu, like, sc, st, obc, (including) all of our state.
Now, the question is why we are political parties, distributeing the tickets on cast basis..? Nomination, election & after seclection
of voting, we have seen that, some mejority person/persons,
like, sc, st, obc, has been selected as a leader, by their voting,
in their states.
There is no other credentials of state govts, for promoting the employees by caste basis.
It's only the Our national govt's policy.

Time Immemorial this is being happening such as Dividing people regionally, then caste wise & sub Caste wise.
All the above have been done on behest of certain elderly factions or people with political ambition from time immemorable.
The above has been betterred by recent generation ie Politicians subcasting Hindu's within Hindu's & Forming untouchability within touchability.
If we take an Example of Regional Parties asking share in state govt. Offices for preferences to hindu's(Casted- Sub Casted) of that state who can be Type Casted with same creed of different State. But Jobs can be given only to those Hindu's born in that state.
Which is nothing but kindling an hatred for other caste nationally& This is being used to fullest advantage by the Party which is in Power in State & Subsequently in Centre.
In short it can be defined as "Dividing Hindu's Within Hindu's " is nothing but a political drama to get the maximum mileageor( Vote Bank) by certain political parties.

In Indian democracy, vote bank politics helps politicians to be in power. Minority appeasement is one way of getting the vote banks. Firstly, religious minorities are targeted.
After that, the majority community, the Hindus are divided into various blocks based on caste and then the appeasement policy is used to get the votes as a blocks of votes.

Divide and Rule has been the formula since ages. The British have been following it all the while they were in India. Now our politicians have also taken to the same thing. They are offering carrots. We, like fools, take them. Actually, the voters should be blamed for the pitiable conditions of India in politics.

This stated as useful discrimination or in case you're saying extra civilly, affirmative action. for an prolonged time, decrease castes communities have been marginalised, segregated and exploited in India and in 1950, the Indian shape finally outlawed any form of caste discrimination yet paved the way for useful discrimination of fairly the Dalits and different decrease castes communities in an attempt to furnish them extra opportunities, extra liberties and stability the social ladder. it relatively is a bid to enhance their social status, the easy human rights and specifically, to furnish them back their merited dignity. we would desire to continuously no longer purely look on the question and say if this is approximately caste discrimination, then this is basically undesirable for India, a stigma to the Indian society. actually, it relatively is a ordinary element of Indian society, specific, this is the bitter fact. this is not purely approximately caste targetting, grimy politics...etc yet particularly the political correctness of this useful caste discrimination. all of us blame politicians on the caste politics however the crude fact is that the society itself is in charge. We seem to settle for the biasedness of this caste gadget simply by fact its so ancestral and cultural yet we are in charge for this caste discrimination. do no longer blame politics, we are all in charge for it.
