If you grab a little bit of your skin and pull it and it "tents" or doesn't retract immediatly (like a last of elasticity in your skin) you may be dehydrated, your eyes may be sunken in, no urination for about 4 hours, or cramping in your feet or calves. Either way dehydration is a serious problem go to doctor if you think you are get an I.V. for some fluids. Good luck!

lol, hungover.
anyway, dehydration can cause head aches. weak and tiredness, clumsiness as in feeling kind of light headed and not all there, but now that kinda sounds like being way over tired.
If you can think of somethng that could cause you to be dehydrated then maybe you are so you should drink more fluids and try to just relax until you feel better.
But maybe it's the flu, i have that but i have weird sinus head thing dont know if it's flu or tired or dehydrated... or everything :)
So if drinking more helps then that's probably it

Doesn't sound like dehydration to me. You probably have flu or some other virus.
You can tell you're dehydrated by pinching the skin on the back of your hand (not the palm).
If the skin falls back into place fast, you're not dehydrated. If it sticks up for several seconds, you are dehydrated. Start drinking!

Your urine will be dark yellow/orange. Classic sign. Pinch the skin on the back of your relaxed hand. If it is slow to snap back to where it should be, you are dehydrated.
