There is more thought and time spent with the CD. I think anything that is thoughtful is more romantic than a drive by the florist.

A CD made for me is better. This young man at work who has a crush on me made me two CDs one called lust and the other called love. Both CDs had some of the nicest passionate soul and r&b tunes on them.. to this day I play them and remember him doing that for me as not a lot of men do these kind of things. I'm use to getting roses all the time, this was definitely something different which is why I enjoyed it more.

I think a CD made just for me would be very romantic, especially if it contains my name in at least one of the songs. Roses are very nice too but don't last past than a good week.

Having been given both, I can tell you the CD(s) definitely made more of an impression on me. For our second Valentine's, my hubby worked with a friend to download two CDs of love songs that reminded him of me and our relationship. Just the thought of him staying up all night to do something so thoughtful, and being reminded of it every time I listen to those CDs, was the best gift ever!
My hubby and I have been together for almost 7years now (married for 5), and with work, kids and life's daily stresses I have been getting more of the traditional and easy gifts (flowers, chocolates, store-bought cards, etc.). What I wouldn't give for a homemade gift like those CDs now! Good luck to you!

Roses die. and the CD is thoughtful.
Roses have the romantic reputation, so yup they are very romantic. the CD is just adorable if the songs have sentimental thought in it. So think about it... your burning the CD so it costs nothing. So why not do both?

The cd. It takes more thought and effort to come up with a cd than it does to stop by walmart and pick up some roses..

The CD. That would mean more to me. It would show that he put thought into the gift, not just bought some flowers that will die in a week as an after thought. My guy made me a CD of our favorite love songs... as well as a couple he wrote just for me, a small insignificant gift that I will cherish forever.

No. simply by fact my sought after flower is the Sunflower. yet considering that Sunflowers by no potential make superb bouquets I take yellow daisies as a focused 2nd. yet whilst my boyfriend basically introduced me plant life all of the sudden, no longer as the thank you to say sorry for some thing, i could be immensely happy and not care what type they're. in any different case, get the wonderful plant life, or attempt to get the unique colored roses.
