You all just named every rivalry in tennis history. I especially liked Henman vs. Wimby SF. My 2 cents:
Right now:
Federer v. Nadal. They play infrequently now so it's hard to know what's going to happen like if they play in Dubai next week, for instance. Or when the clay court season starts. It's very exciting.
Serena v. Sharapova/The World - Serena sort of embarassed everyone, ESPECIALLY Maria when she raced to her 3rd Aussie Open title last month. I think the next 10 or so matches Serena plays will carry a lot of weight and a lot of interest. And I'm sure Maria wants revenge more than she's ever wanted revenge, after being blitzed in a Grand Slam final.
Ever: Navratilova v. Evert - Just because of the high quality of the matches and nearly every one of their matches in history was a SF or final. That's hard to mess with. Plus they played like a million times (give or take) and they had that love/hate thing.
Men are harder. But I think I'd jump on the Sampras-Agassi bandwagon, just because of how much they lifted their games in anticipation of the other doing the same. They were so obviously the best of their generation.

I would have to say Pete Sampras vs Andre Agassi. The lever of tennis between the two is just unbelievable. There are so many great tennis players out there in the world but Pete and Agassi just give us a show that is worth every second. They were both very competitive and were always looking for small ways from volleys to drop shots to beat each other.

The best rivalry to ever hit tennis was probably the rivalry of Pete Sampras and Andre Agassi. Their game play just contradicts and yet helps one another's tennis so well. The best server of the time and the best return of serve of all time. Sampras was serve and volley and Agassi played a lot of baseline. They are the best tennis rivals in tennis history partly because they improved each others games.

Men: Andre Agassi vs. Pete Sampras (honorable mention: Goran Ivanisevic vs. himself)
Women: Martina Navratilova vs. Chris Evert (although the most interesting was the Steffi Graf/Monica Seles rivalry)

They have been the perfect for the instances they have been lively. could they beat the perfect of immediately; no one is familiar with, and its silly to take a position. Borg won the 1st matchup with McEnroe, yet later lost in between the main classic of fits in Wimbledon background. Borg probable bring about the previous maximum persons think of is in simple terms too early, yet while the sport will become an obsession, its time to end.

Recent right? the top 6 players in mens tennis against each other minus Federer...ok ok ok...probably Justine Henin Hardinne vs. anybody in the top 5 spots (will include venus and serena) because you see she isnt particularly big or overly strong but fast chases down everything and is mentally tough...over the last four years she has won 5 major titles (with 5 runner ups also) while missing out a lot of playing time with injuries...

Roger Federer VS. Rafael Nadal
Federer is probably THE BEST all time, but has lost to Nadal on a number of occasions. Even Federer himself feels unsecure about his game when playing against Nadal, and let me tell you, Federer is always confident in his game.
