1. Check your Device Manager. You can find it by right-clicking My Computer and clicking Properties.
2. Search for (Brand Name) (Series Name) (Model Number) Specifications on Google. I guarantee its out there.

Assuming you're running Windows:
Select Start>Run...
Type Dxdiag and select OK
The DX Diagnostic Tool will open.
Select the display tab to view the video card.
There are several ways to determine your video card but I like this way the best because not only do you see the video card, but you also see the amount of memory associated with the card and the driver that is currently being used.
You can also test your video card through this tool.

Go to Run type dxdiag and then it opens it u can clcik display . It will show u all information regarding ur display crad.
