They have clips on both ends and elastic that go under the arches of your feet. I'm trying to search for them online so I can purchase them, but I don't know the proper name they are called.

0o0oo0o0 I know this!!! I rodeo and tuck my jeans into my boots. If you wear heavy socks when you are getting dressed put your pants on then put on tall socks and put the socks over the jeans then put on the boots that way the pants are tucked under socks so they won't come out
