Supposedly he produced a Telletubbies sound track or somthing. I think he's embarrased because one of the Telletubbies is rumored to be gay.

He was asking Simon if he only wanted his people to sing like the groups Simon had already produced albums for like Yonni and the teletubbies. Basically he was saying Simon has taste for gay acts.
