Can I create an ebook about MySpace without their permission?

Question

I have an idea for an ebook that teaches people how to do something with MySpace. I wanted to create it, but I am wondering if I can make it without asking their permission. I have seen many books out there about MySpace, Ebay, Google and so on and I was wondering if those people needed or got permission from the sites themselves. If anyone could help me out with this issue, I would really appreciate it.

you can ask tom! lol the creater but idk i dont really think you have to ask...cause hes not really the owner of it...someone else bought the program from him and they run it now....so i dont think so...
