The main thing is that the two of you are happy, no matter what the age. I don't usually say things like this, but your you know what life is probably great, isn't it? I had a guy 9 years younger and it was F A N T A S T I C!!! Besides that, people mature at different ages and he may be just as mature of some of the guys I know that are in their 40s and older.

Who says you only have 58 yrs left? You might only have 10 yrs left or you might have 70 yrs left...same with your boyfirend. We don't all livve to be 100 or even die at that age. Have fun while you are LIVING. If you like him and you get along great and have fun together then whats the problem? Age is only a number...and you are both adults.

I am 8 yrs older than my hubby. and know a lot that are in the same kind of relationship. So far, everything ok. Many yrs together.

It could be a real issue later on. When you retire, he will still have more than a decade to go! You will also be at different stages in life at different times.
