Well I am a Texan and we love to cook I make everything homemade that is such a hard question I guess chicken fried steak and cream gravy on the side....yummy

Anything I set my mind to. I had an interst in cooking as a little kid and have been able to re-create things from restaurants.
I guess I'm most into cooking curry chicken lately, but my own recent creation has been ginger apple pan seared pork. Yum!

I make nice pancakes, cook a great stir fry, make a lovely roast lamb with all the trimmings and cook most vegetables to perfection (in my opinion anyway!)

I make a wicked Italian chicken supper that my family loves so much that one month I swear they kept getting me to make it every night that I cannot stand it any more and wont eat it. I still make it for them but not as much.lol.
