Can people tell if someone stuffs their bra?

No unless they have stuffed unevenly.

I don't know if you are the stuffer in question but here are a couple tips.

Wear two or three PADDED bras. It will fill out the shirt without becoming awkward or misshapen.

Put socks at the bottom of the cup in your bra (underneath breast), it will lift them giving u cleavage and fill them out.

These are a couple things I have noticed models doing, including myself, esp before a photoshoot.

I hope not. I understand you being nervous. I pad my bra allot and always wonder about it. I use a fully padded bra and large silicone enhancers to fill it out. I don't think anyone has any idea. I think at the worst, they might think I wear a lightly padded bra but have no idea it is really padded and "stuffed". Hope this helps.

Not if you do it well. To save you the paper, socks, whatever, you might wanna look into these water inserts they sell at Walmart. They look very natural. They're only about $5-$6 and come in a buncha diff sizes. They're in the lingerie section.

maybe if the two are uneven, lumpy, and different sizes all the time. just get a padded bra

well if you stuff loads of cotton and it looks frumpy then yes........opt for a good paded bra like i have found........or just Rock flat boobs.....they are in style know!

usually because it's lumpy and looks akward, but if you do i would just try to except who you are and not worry about things like that. don't try to fit yourself to what everyone else thinks is acceptable, and be your own person.
