you didn't lost your mind. how can you speak for all the black men and Filipina?
I'm Filipina and i never talked condescending about black men i don't see their skin color i see them for who they are.

you don't even know what your talking about your full of ignorance. I'm not light skinned, so are are 10 of my friends who are here, and half of my family members.
get educated and stop feeling sorry about your self.And I am married to a black man and he was not my meal ticket.

I am Black and I have traveled the world many times over.
Here is my experience.
Filipina or any other Asian women might marry a Black men in their country -- outside of their country they marry white almost universally. Within their country, they simply do not have the choice. When presented with a "meal ticket", they are not too fussy.
Secondly, I have seen Filipino everywhere, HK, Japan, Taiwan, Canada (e.g, Edmonton, Vancouver or Toronto), etc... Filipinos hold very racist views towards Blacks outside of their country, so the chances of them marrying Black is small. In fact, most will not even look at a Black person. They talk in very condescending way "at least I am not Black."
The US might be a little different than Canada or other places because there is a long history of Black soldiers going to the Philippines and marrying Filipina.

They aren't. Most are staying in the Philippines. Most who come to the USA marry white men.
