The charge of an electron is -1.
The charge of a nucleus depends on what element it is. The number of protons in the nucleus determines what positive charge it has.
Hydrogen nucleus charge is +1
Uranium nucleus charge is +92

The overall charge of an atom's nucleus is always equal to the number of protons (also known as the atomic number) of the atom. Because each proton has a charge of +1, the sum of those will be the charge.

The charge of an electron is always -1. This is equal to 1.602 x10^-29 coulombs.
